All The Spots and All The Dots

Jerry Misko

“All The Spots and All The Dots” is derived from Misko’s continuing exploration of classic Las Vegas vernacular. In this case it is a Craps term that refers to rolling a 12, or two sixes. The term will be realized in two ways. First a large text-based mural and the second will be a series of drawings to be made over the course of installation.

In a very real way the game of dice has been intrinsic to the life, family, education and upbringing of the artist. This work is homage to the work of his father and all the gaming industry employees that have given Las Vegas it’s color and flare over the decades.
